Hello
"Hi, I’m Yulia! I’m a Bachelor of Commerce student in Accounting, and I’m super excited to say I’m finishing my degree in just a few weeks! (Finally!)

On top of that, a course I took called 'Global Revolution' inspired me to start this blog. It got me thinking about Jakarta—my hometown.

It actually made the list as an 'overpopulated' city, but that comes with so many other interesting implications to share. And hey, at least I know what I'm talking about since I lived there for most of my life!"
My Story
Coming from a background that is always busy and hectic to now living in Canada permanently... talk about a culture shock!

Everything is a total contrast. Living in Strathroy, Ontario, Canada, everywhere I look is empty fields, corn crops, and farmers. I see cows, horses, and zero traffic. Honestly, it feels like a dead town sometimes!
It’s a bit devastating, you know? Going from a 'mall girl' to a 'country girl'? Well, that's life—nothing stays the same forever. And hey, I know some people love and dream about the peace and quiet I have now.

I just need to figure out how to handle my energy levels here. Trust me, it feels weirdly useless when everything seems so 'perfect' and quiet around you. I actually feel more useful when I see a mess around me! At least then I can do something about it, solve a problem, and get busy fixing it.
